End your busy day with this wonderful practice of mindfulness and gentle movement creating soothing relaxation. This encompasses breathing techniques, passive stretching and quiet meditation to help the body unwind and the mind to calm. Enjoy all aspects of our sessions or feel free to relax and reflect in our peaceful atmosphere.
This practice will enrich your life and improve your emotional and physical well-being! We meet once a week in a welcoming, safe non-judgemental environment.
Come with an open mind and BREATHE with us… Wednesday evenings 5:30pm-6:30pm in the MFRC lower level.
