We meet once a week for lighthearted discussions, sharing and mindfulness mediation practice in a safe non-judgemental environment. Come BREATHE with us…we meet Wednesday evenings from September to June 6:30-7:30pm in the lower of the MFRC. No experience necessary! What is Mindfulness?
